The club is a not-for-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers, including Instructors and office-bearing and support positions.

Many people contribute to the operation of the club – in addition to the elected committee and the team of instructors, several appointed positions exist . These appointed positions are outlined below.

All jobs which support the club are voluntary roles, and for the more demanding roles, the club can pay a small honorarium in accordance with its policies as a token amount towards services provided.
