The club is a not-for-profit organsiation run entirely by volunteers, including Instructors and office-bearing and support positions. Many people contribute to the operation of the club – in addition to the elected committee and the team of instructors, several appointed positions exist . These appointed positions are outlined below.

All jobs which support the club are voluntary roles, and for the more demanding roles, the club can pay a small honorarium in accordance with its policies as a token amount towards services provided.

- Operations Manager – manage the day to day operations of the club
- Equipment and Grounds Coordinator – keep the club equipment in good repair and notify the operations manager of any safety issues arising
- Webmaster – keep the website up to date, recommend and make changes endorsed by Committee
- Purchasing Officer – arrange the purchasing of club equipment and services including an endorsed suite of equipment for club members
